About Me!

I'm a Master of Social Work (MSW) student, working to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care, grounded in both clinical training and holistic practices.

I'm dedicated to supporting individual healing and breaking stigma, believing everyone's journey is unique. My approach honors the whole person, advocating for lasting change within individuals and the systems impacting them. Whether navigating anxiety, trauma, or burnout, I'm here to support you authentically.

My Credentials

Academic & Specialized Studies

My academic journey is distinguished by three comprehensive degrees: a Master of Social Work (MSW) currently in progress, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology (complemented by a minor in Biology), and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice (with a minor in International Relations).

This foundation is further enhanced by specialized training in global justice and mental health from an international perspective, as well as clinical nursing, where I gained foundational skills in pharmacology and practical patient care, including medication administration in a hospital setting.

Certifications & Clinical Experience

I'm a Certified Crisis Specialist for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, providing immediate, compassionate support through de-escalation and safety planning. As a Certified Yoga Instructor (CYT), I integrate mindfulness and somatic practices into healing work.

My professional experience includes providing comprehensive client support as a Therapy/Social Work Intern, facilitating individual and group sessions, and offering empathetic peer support on a digital mental health platform. I also have experience advocating for graduate student interests and fostering professional collaboration as a Graduate Student Congress Representative.
