About me!

I am a Master of Social Work student living in Georgia with a dream of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. It is an honor to have you here. Your story matters, and I would be privileged to be a part of your healing journey.

My passion is helping others navigate life’s challenges, heal from past pain, and move toward the life they envision for themselves. I believe every individual’s story is unique, filled with resilience, strength, and the potential for growth. I also recognize that healing and progress look different for everyone.

My goal is to support you in defining what healing means for you and taking meaningful steps toward it. No matter where you are on your journey, I am here to walk alongside you in finding hope, health, and healing.

My Credentials

My academic and professional background has provided me with a strong foundation for my work in social services and mental health. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Reinhardt University, with minors in Biology and International Relations. This interdisciplinary education allows me to approach social work with a well-rounded perspective, integrating psychological insight, an understanding of the justice system, and a global awareness of social issues.

In addition to my studies, I am a Certified Crisis Specialist for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, where I have gained hands-on experience supporting individuals in moments of crisis. This role has deepened my ability to provide compassionate, immediate care while reinforcing my commitment to mental health advocacy.

Each of these experiences intersects with my passion for social work—equipping me with the knowledge, skills, and empathy to support individuals from all walks of life. As I continue my journey toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I strive to apply this diverse background to help others find hope, healing, and stability.

Primary Experience

My current experience in the field of social work allows me to engage with individuals, families, and communities in meaningful ways. I have experience providing individual therapy sessions, utilizing CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic approaches to support clients of all ages in their healing journey.

I had the privilege of leading support groups for individuals with borderline personality disorder, creating a safe space for connection, validation, and skill-building. Alongside this, I have gained extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance my ability to support those navigating emotional distress and interpersonal challenges.

Beyond direct client work, I am involved in community engagement, mental health advocacy, and social media marketing, using digital platforms to promote awareness, reduce stigma, and connect individuals with valuable resources.

My education and experience also provide me with a macro and micro-level understanding of relationships between children, families, individuals, and broader systems. This holistic perspective enables me to approach social work with a deep commitment to supporting both individuals and the communities they are a part of.
