About Me!

I am a Master of Social Work student, working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My passion for mental health was born from my own life experiences and a deep desire to help others heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

I believe that healing is a unique personal journey. It looks different for everyone, and there’s no one “right” way to feel whole. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or just trying to find balance in your day-to-day life—I’m here to support you, just as you are.

Mission Statement

My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care grounded in both clinical training and holistic practices. With a foundation in psychology, criminal justice, crisis work, and yoga, I support healing while breaking stigma and creating space for every story. My work honors the whole person and advocates for lasting change in the systems that impact them.
